Symptoms?

Hi girls! I’m 7 weeks 2 days now. Still have sore breasts. Sometimes I have slight nausea but nothing terrible. Unfortunately I’ve had a scare with some bright pink spotting and went to the hospital. We saw babies heart beat and my dr. Put me on progesterone. 
How are all of you?

Hi ladies! I’m around 4 weeks and 5 days.
My symptoms:
Insomnia- I can’t sleep!! It’s driving me crazy 
Slightly sore breasts- nothing too bad yet. 
Slight nausea only in the morning after I eat.

4 weeks today. Oh the emotions! I'm alwaus sensitive, especially around af so it's hard to explain how it's different but that was what drove me to test 8 days ago. last week my boobs were SO sore. I've been really sensitive to smells (car exhaust especially and my husband's belches and breath 😷) I've been feeling nauseous but not actually sick thankfully, just like how it was with my first. And I'm broken out in more acne than I've had in years 😖 I hardly had any symptoms besides serious fatigue with my daughter so we're already getting this roller coaster off to a different start!

Hey Lindsay!
I'm 4w 6d and haven't had too many symptoms other than mild cramping and occasional spotting. I'm hoping these are typical symptoms and not a bad sign. 
My breast are just now starting to feel slightly tender. I've been more fatigued lately so I guess you can call that another symptom. Fortunately that makes me sleep like a baby lol. I have noticed my dreams have also gotten more vivid...almost like lucid dreaming. If that's a symptom, it's definitely my favorite because they are reeeaaally good dreams. :)

Hi there, I’m a first timer that’s four weeks along. It started out big acne that’s painful( and I never get acne like that), diarrhea (tmi sorry) sore breast and nausea...especially after I ate. 
Now I’m getting some headaches and just feel bloated.

Hey! I’m 4 w3d and I’ve been having such bad morning sickness...... all day long! Ugh. And I spent Christmas Eve in bed with an awful headache and even puked. I’ve also been constipated so bad ughhhhh! 
I also have arranged leg pains that have been interfering with sleep and hurt so bad...... going to the doc today and getting some tests done.... nervous that something is wrong..... 
my last pregnancy ended at 6 weeks and I just don’t want to go through that again.

Question- does anyone else have twinges in their uterus? Not really cramping.. but definitely uncomfortable when it happens. 
I’m nervous because my last pregnancy had cramps and I eventually miscarried :( I’m really hoping this is different
