baby kicking pubic bone?

hey ladies just out of curiosity because I can't find *anything* online about it. I'm 38 weeks pregnant, and last night I could feel my baby kicking me directly in the pubic bone. I've never felt her so low before so I was concerned. it almost seemed like hiccups because she was very consistent. it only lasted about a minute but was very steady.

bonus: my stomach has constantly been itching the last three days and no amount of lotions has helped, but I'm seeing a doctor tomorrow as well so this is honestly just for my peace of mind until then..

is this normal??
