Am I going crazy ?!

My period is due today , but yesterday my breasts were tingling like when I breastfed. It's been about 9 months since my little guy weaned. So while at the dollar store I bought a test on a whim. I see a line, faint but a line . I had my husband stop for a better test, and nothing . I know it's early . I've just suffered a severe ectopic then 5 years of fertility struggle to get my rainbow baby. So my mind is all over the place ! I will get in to the doctor next week if I don't get another positive in a few days , or a period .
