Miscarriage?

Okay so I feel like this is going to sound super stupid, but is it possible to be like 2 weeks pregnant and have a miscarriage without missing a period? I’m having all the signs of a miscarriage and all the pain as well, but it’s happening on my period. Like that probably sounds really stupid but I’ve never had a period with this much blood, blood clots, and this much pain before. I apologize in advance if I sound idiotic
