Ear Problem👂

My ear doesn't ringing all the time but it does happen sometimes but not often. Is this normal if not what should I do and what could the issue be? And once me and my sister were playing and she hit me in the ear really hard so my ear felt clogged and during that weekend I went swimming under water and my ear hurt and felt even more clogged then it did before but now it's fine but do u guys think that's why my ear is ringing?
