Ladies.. I just created my own group for the wives, Girlfriends and significant others of pornography addicts. Being the wife of a recovering porn addict, I've been where MOST of you are today!! It's so devastating and heartbreaking. I know!! My group is for support only. I'm so DISGUSTED at seeing all of your heart wrenching posts and then... Seeing these ignorant, insensitive and UNREALISTIC responses. Saying, oh just leave him... You're over reacting... You're being controlling... Porn isn't a big deal!! I'm just done with all of it!! My group is for SUPPORT ONLY. If you disagree with my beliefs, you don't have to join, you don't even have to read this post any longer. The solution ISN'T leaving him. You love him right?? Through the bad and the good. Well, he needs help. And so do you. No, I'm not a licensed professional. But, I've lived it. And I think that's worth more than ANY DEGREE or License you get from a book. I can tell you that there is hope for your S/O. There is recovery. There is restoration. This ISN'T the end. I love all of you and Am open to talking to any of you. I know how hurtful and shameful this topic is. But PLZ know, my husband has put me through the ringer! There's NOTHING you're going to shock me with. And there is Hope. My husband is almost 1 year porn free. And honestly, our marriage is better and our bond is stronger than it ever was before.
