milk supply

from day one I said I was gonna breastfeed. every woman in my family has breastfeed and told me its the healthiest way to go for your baby. I breastfed my son at birth and it was going great until they told me his jaundice levels were high and he needed to be formula fed. I was super engorged of milk and my supply was high and great but I was breastfeeding less to help his jaundice and eventually was forgetting to pump everyday so within a few milks my milk supply went down alot. I pump and don't even get a ounce and I just give up. I try and breastfeed him now but there's barely any milk for him to drink and he won't latch on anymore. is there any hope for me? I really don't want to formula feed
