Hooded eyes.

I need some tips on how to work with hooded eyes. I’ve watched so many tutorials and I feel like it never works in my favor. I am so basic when it comes to my make up. I never wear it during the week and I go pretty simple when I do wear it. I have some virtually untouched pallets that I’ve been dying to use to there potential. Sharing a picture of me with my face on for reference 😅 and a picture of the pallets I have, maybe I don’t have the right colors? Brushes? Halp. I’m hopeless 😅 don’t mind my brows, it goes funcky when I take selfies. 🤦🏼‍♀️😂
