Nose bleeds and nausea

I woke up yesterday to find that I had a nose bleed in my sleep and just now I had laid down to take a nap and my nose started pouring blood again.

This use to happen a few years ago but as I've gotten older they've went away.

I'm 8w4d and on top of that I'm SO NAUSEOUS...

I can't even take a prenatal gummy or drink something without having to run to the bathroom about to vomit.

What do I do for nausea and nose bleeds??!?!!
