Warts or something else?

I discovered this small excess of skin above my clitoral hood and I'm unsure of what it is. In the picture, it looks like a bump and it's very small. It isn't painful and is elastic so I can pull at the skin. I don't think it's genital warts because I've never had unprotected sex and I have all of my HPV shots. I'm scheduling an appointment with a gynecologist soon, but right now I'm still very nervous about this.
