Pregnant with exposed flu

My 9 year old daughter was diagnosed today with Inflenza A so I made an appt with my doc because I was having some symptoms like chills, low grade fever, and a bad sore throat. My flu test came back negative but my doc recommended I take Tamiflu preventatively because I’ve been exposed to the flu virus and more than likely will develop the flu anyway. I am very hesitant on taking Tamiflu while pregnant and I know there is a lot of controversy over that subject but I didn’t know if any pregnant mamas had a similar situation and what they did? I am 19 weeks with baby #2.
