Hot tubs??

I have chronic back pain regularly from before I got pregnant, now I’m 27 weeks and it’s obviously causing a little more tension. Does anyone know if it’s safe to go in hot tubs at this point in pregnancy?

no, unfortunately it’s not safe 😭 but you can take a warm bath! the difference in a bath and a hot tub is that once the bath is full, it immediately starts to cool down. a hot tub stays hot, and is usually a higher temp than recommended

no u can not get into hot tubs. water to hot and u can have a miscarriage. happened to a friend.

I dont use hot tubs ..but I like my baths super hot. I dont take them as hot as I like them for babys sake though.

Go to a chiropractor, your back must be out of alignment. I’m 18 weeks along & I have back fractures and would be in so much pain if I didn’t see one.
