22 weeks pregnant feeling sad,

I am 27 years,and currently have three children,That are three years apart,and I am pregnant with my fourth child, but I am getting so many negative feedback about this pregnancy,like how all I do is have children,and by the time I give birth to fourth child,I will be on my fifth baby.I don’t ask anyone for help when,it comes to take care of my children or doing anything for them,me and my partner(there dad) do it all and don’t ask for help,So how I should take these negative comments about me having a fourth child.
