I’ve had three and they used the same incision. Mine was transverse though, I think it’s different if they use a vertical incision, since those are usually used in emergency situations

I was under the impression (from what I've heard from other ladies and one OBGYN) that doctors aim to use the same incision site during subsequent cesareans, meaning there would still only be one scar. This may not be the case for all c-sections and there may be reasons that the dr needs to make the other incision somewhere else during delivery
