Help! Period blood on sheets!

Hi guys,

I have a new boyfriend. Been dating for about 2 months. We had sex for the first time last night. Basically we wanted to wait a while and I’m glad we did. It wasn’t my first time but I still wanted it to be Special. Anyway my period started 5 days ago yesterday it was finished all day so I thought it was safe to have sex without the worry of it getting messy. It’s too early in the relationship for period sex! Anyway sex went fine with no blood. Then when I woke up this morning (in his bed) I was making the bed for him while he was in the shower and I saw a bit of brown end of period blood right in the middle of the sheets. White sheets. It had to have been from me. He wouldn’t have dirty sheets on the bed. He is a neat freak. So I tried to get it off with water but I didn’t have a lot of time and it didn’t work. So I just made the bed to hide it! He will see it eventually. You can’t miss it!! I’m so so embarrassed :( what do I do. Do I tell him. Do I just pretend it didn’t happen and hope it doesn’t bother him. Will it come out in the wash!? I’m so so embarrassed. :/ why did this have to happen on the first time with him. help!!!!
