Is my hcg safe/Normal?

Jess • Wife 💑. Boy mom: August 2018👶🏼 & December 2019 👶🏼. Dog mom🐶. Cat mom🐱. Expecting our next nugget February 2022 🤰🏼

My first pregnancy was a miscarriage and I hadn’t had any blood work done until the miscarriage had started (for lack of better terms).

This time the doctor ordered blood right away to check my progesterone and hcg. At 4w4d my progesterone was 20 and my hcg was 170. Two days later (4w6d) my hcg had increased to 400 something. I was so relieved to just hear it had increased I didn’t catch the exact number. I have seen other people post in the thousands and tens of thousands so I guess I’m just paranoid with my miscarriage.

I want honesty on if this could be another miscarriage or if my counts are still okay. The nurse seemed pleased with the counts but I am still nervous
