Epidural back pain
I had my baby girl yesterday, and had an epidural to ease the pain. I actually had to get poked twice because the first time I didnt get frozen correctly. I know back pain is a common thing early on, and the nurses have been giving me ibuprofen and tylenol to help, but gosh my back really hurts. I took a hot shower (not too hot) and that helped a bit, but is there anything else I can do to help with the pain? Since I'm hoping to get breastfeeding going, I dont want to just rely on medication for it. Would stretching help or make it worse?
