dry hands!!!

I need tips lol😂 okay so I have EXTREMELY dry hands. I live in Michigan and its super cold and dry here in the winter. Where I work, I’m constantly washing my hands and it just kills my skin😭 its so bad that my hands are cracking and bleeding. Ive been putting lotion on and it just burns to the point where I have to take it off. Ive been trying vaseline and gloves and even coconut oil. Any other tips? Im willing to try anything bcuz it just hurts so bad! 😭
