Weight Loss Help

Any tips on weight loss or workout plans that worked for you. I don’t enjoy the gym because I get bored easily but I do enjoy workout routine videos. I want to lose 30-50lbs mostly fat on belly and arms. However, I have suffered from eating disorders and have unhealthy patterns of low calorie intakes & skipping meals.!(I have recovered from my ED and gained back the weight I lost just don’t want to fall back into those bad habits) Any tips or things that have helped y’all?!
