Dreaming of my old fwb

The last 3 nights I’ve been dreaming of my old friend with benefits that I used to sleep with A lot. My husband is out of town this week for work and I’m worried that I might have these dreams when he gets back as well but I’m so scared because sometimes I talk in my sleep and if I said his name or something that would SO bad!!!! These are like Very Very vivid dreams.... all but one have been sex dreams the other one he and I were just hanging out. But I don’t know why I’m having these dreams I don’t talk or see this guy anymore heck he lives halfway across the US I don’t even have him on social media so why did I just start having these dreams and will they go away?
