Had sex right after I got the clearance from the doctor at 6 weeks. I was sooo ready but it hurt like a motherfucker 😩

I got the all clear at my 6 week checkup but I waited 9 weeks. I had a pretty bad tear and couldn't really stand the thought of anything happening down there for quite awhile. I decided to wait until my body felt ready, and thankfully by 9 weeks everything was totally fine and I didn't have any pain. 😊

I waited a couple weeks after the okay to do it. I tore during birth so I was nervous

I waited until 9 weeks out of pure exhaustion. We didn’t have sex again for another 6 weeks but we’re back on track now 😎 my sex drive has definitely returned!

Waited 6 weeks exactly. I had to get a papsmere at my 6 week check up anyway, I figured if that wasn’t painful should give sex a go. Had sex that night and everything was back to normal..felt tighter surprisingly.

Less than 6 weeks, but it was really disappointing and shouldn’t really count. It ended quickly and wasn’t really satisfying because my husband wants to wait for my IUD to be put in next week and not risk baby number 2 just yet. I’ve been going crazy having to wait and he essentially did it to try and shut me up.
