any home remedies for AF to show up ??

AF is normally late , I have irregular periods. I use to just take one birth control pill to have AF come but I don't think that's safe so I stopped doing that. what's an easier way to have AF show up?

ask Dr for progesterone. I just used it for the first time this month and it made me start so I could start clomid. my cycle was 67 days.

I don't think there is a way to get it to show up. I have found though that if I'm a day or two late, sex will make it start. Not sure if it'll work for you
