TTC - supplement recommendations
I'm first month TTC and I'm taking b12 (I always take this) and iron, folic acid and I've started taking 1t of flax seed oil a day. I'm thinking I need calcium, vitamin d and maybe a multi vitamin? I try and eat balanced, lots of veges etc. but our food doesn't have the amount of nutrients that it should have due to soil depletion etc. Any advice from those TTC or who have convinced while vegan? x
