Sick 2yo while pregnant

So my sister in law, who I live with, had what I can only assume was the flu or a virus. She was throwing up literally all day yesterday and wasn’t able to eat or drink anything. My sons father had him most of the day so that he wasn’t in the house with it. Today she said she was feeling better but I asked her to still stay away from my son as the germ could still be in her. I also stayed away from her as I’m pregnant. Well just about an hour ago my son threw up and now he has a low fever. Him and I both got the flu shot but I know the shot only protects against a couple of strains, not all of them. I’m really nervous now as if he caught what she has chances are his dad and I will have to bring him to the hospital for dehydration. I’m also scared cause I get sick EVERY time he gets sick. I’m 38+3 weeks today and I’m worried that much throwing up could put me in labor. But if I have a fever when I have the baby then he could be born with a fever, meaning a longer hospital stay. I’m so nervous and this is just another reason why I can’t wait to get my own place. Happy New Year to us.
