HELP: 
My boyfriend and I have been together for 8 years, and sex just gets better and better the longer we are together. He is so attracted to me and makes me feel beautiful EVERY chance he gets! However, for the past year or so, when we have sex and he climaxes before me it’s EXTREMELY difficult to get him back hard for enough time for me to catch mine IF even at all! He takes it so hard and gets so upset with himself, but I tell him it’s okay and we can always try again the next day. What could that mean? Is it something I’m doing wrong? Could it be his diet? Or something more serious?

I dont think its anything serious. My s/o can only remain hard afterwards very rarely. So if you notice his change of diet, that could be the cause. If you notice him always tired and stressed, that could be the cause too. Maybe exercise stuff for stamina? Could be too.

Its normal for men Not to be able to get hard as quickly after having am Orgasm. Give him time, Let him pleasure you in different ways than  intercourse to keep you "hot".

Have him check his testosterone levels, t levels after their 30s start to go down. I was having the same issue with my gf. Did some research and got a testosterone level test and found out my levels were very low. Started testosterone treatments and now back to normal!
