help anyone its breaking me 💔💔

could someome please help me. first scan was on 18th december i had very light bleeding and could not be seen on NHS so i went private for the 2nd scan on 29th dec wich clearly shows there is no longer a baby. i have been under the inpression i have lost my baby.....so to add to the confusion I was sent to hospital last night as I was in a lot of pain. the specialist doctor is adament I am still pregnant and is disregarding my private scan. surly this is impossible for me to still be pregnant I will cope both scan pictures. She said I am not bleeding and bloody and urine are still strong pregnant she's was absolutely 100% sure and still wants me to go for a 12 weeks scan.

Now I'm so confused
