period cramp feeling after having sex?

Hi 👐 So my period just finished last week and me and my boyfriend had sex before and after period without condoms. I'm on birth control but, I'm a bit sceptical since I don't trust it 100% but, I'm just nervous about pregnancy. He never comes inside of me and we have had some days with condoms but, this weekend we haven't used any condoms and now I feel like I have cramps like, typical period cramps and bloating. Is it normal or are I just over thinking 🤔💭? Sorry if this is hard to understand, I'm bad at writing English and I'm from Norway 🇳🇴 btw 😅.
