SCARED 8WK cramps spotting 2 days

im 8 wks pregnant , had previous miscarriages. last night i started having one sided pinchy cramps which then turned into all over period like cramps front and back and brown spotting with occasional stringy tissue when wiping. cramps lasted 2-3 hours. spotting continued today on and off and minimal cramping until about 2 hours ago it turned to heavier constant period like cramps again. spotting still on and off, mostly brown but i did have some pink or light red once. on call NP told me bed rest tonight and call back tomorrow to move up my next appt . i took photos of the spotting .. any reassurance from any similar experiences?
