Nauseated but dont Puke Upset Belly No Poop

OMG what is going on. I'm 7w2d with baby #2 and this pregnancy is totally opposite from my first. I stops have morning sickness all freaking day. Nothing is helping. I can't pulled to get the relief, I've tried Preggie Pops, Zofran, Morning Sickness Tea, Forcing myself to eat small frequent very bland meals and lots of water, BY and Unisom at night (which does help for a few hours but can't really take that during the day). Now I'm starting to get awful gas, and feel like I need to poop but I can't. I'm so bloated and already huge growing being. please any help or advice is much appreciated. I'm scared I'm not gonna have a job if I'm going at this rate cause I can't even function. and Lots help me if I take my prenatal I'm laid out with my head in the toilet all day even if I take it at night with a meal.... ughhh help
