STD question...

So Im kind of afraid that I have herpes. Theres a bump that just appeared in the space between my vag and anus and it hurts a lot. I lost my virginity fairly recently but there was no exchange of fluids because we used protection (dental dams + latex gloves). I cant tell my mom that I had sex so I cant go to my docter with her and ask. Im not sure where I can go to get checked, any advice?
