About a week ago I noticed several cuts on my sister’s hand while she was handing me something. Today, I also noticed cuts on her leg above her knee. I confronted her and asked her if she was hurting herself. She admitted to cutting herself with a knife and told me she has anxiety about school and about what she wants to do when she grows up. This is heavy stuff considering she is only 12. My mom has really bad anxiety and literally yells all the time (it’s a problem) I feel that if I told my mom it would make things worse. I don’t know what to do, I want to help my sister but feel that I can’t do it alone.
