Sex= painful Braxton hicks

This is my 3rd pregnancy and of course I want to have sex all the time but being that I am 33 weeks, each time I have sex now it sends me into painful Braxton hicks and I can't do much the rest of the day. I have never had it this early before. Usually I would get Braxton hicks after sex towards the last two weeks of my pregnancy and they were never this bad. Any one else experience this?

I'll be talking to my doctor on the 10th at my appointment about this. I'm not sure if they will check me then or wait until the 19th to see if I've dilated at all.
