If it a heavy lifting job or something where I cannot do as much as a male then yes I can understand it But if it's a job where a man and a woman are doing the exact same thing then damn right  we should make the same amount of money.

Same job, same pay. That's how it should always be. Period. I don't care if you're differently bales, man, woman, gay, trans, black, white, Beyoncé, or alien. If someone has the same job title as someone else at the same company there is no logical reason to have their salary lower. It's discrimination

I’m fine with seniority being paid more, bonuses being given to those that go above and beyond, and other incentives of that nature. None of it should be dependent on genitalia and/or gender identity though.

I support pay for performance and pay for education.
I also see a trend that my male employees do a much better job at approaching kenfor raises rather than my female employee.
I pay based on who does the best job, has the better education (their entry salary) and who has the most potential.  
I also do provide bonuses and other incentives when I feel as though an employee may be interested in leaving.  
I currently have about 20 under my organization and the top paid is male but he also is a PA in addition to having his MBA.  He’s my top performer.  The next highest is female with more years of experience but less in the way of credentials and is a slightly lower performer (still high).
It’s a very delicate balance in a pay for performance society. I would never enjoy having employed who just all make the same amount. That’s not how we encourage innovation and performance

The only reason a man  would make more money than a woman with the same job title would be having higher education, masters degree, bachelor degree. Men do not just make more than women for simply being male. I repeat men do not just magically make more money.

I've always done very physical jobs... British Army, archaeologist, lifeguard... Women do the same so why should men be paid more?

I’m a carpentry student and we had to move heavy benches and the guy on my course struggled where as I just put full force into lifting it like the teacher presumed I couldn’t lift it so I would have lifted it till the cows came home to prove my point. 
Anyway back to question. I’d be fuming if the men get paid more just because I have tits etc how does that make it right

No, as there are other factors than just "doing the same damn job" that decide your pay. What's your education level when it comes to knowledge for the job? How much experience do you have? How long have you been with the company? How many days of work do you take off? How many times are you late to work? etc. etc. If johnny has 10 years of experience, 8 being with the same company, and a degree in his field, then sue applies and gets hired with having only 5 years of experience, none with the company, and the same degree and then expect the same pay rate as johnny.

Um no. Not all men are stronger than women first of all. Second of all if a woman got that job, it's bc she's just as qualified. Third, would you think they would have to pay the strongest guy, if it was all men? And lastly if anyone is getting paid more, it should be bc of education, experience, or seniority. Not bc of you're a man or woman.
