Side effects?

So I’ve just read online that nausea, abdominal pain and headaches are side effects from nexplanon implant... has anyone had these? 
I’ve had my implant in for 4 months and been fine up until last night/this morning, and my stomach has been a little sore and I feel nauseous and have a headache coming on

I had some headaches and nausea when I first got it inserted but that’s it.

honestly if you haven't had any issues for 4 months why would you jump to it being the nexplanon causing a little bit of nausea and having a small headache coming on? You could have a virus you could have a bacterial infection you could have the common cold starting you could just be slightly nauseous for no apparent reason you might be slightly dehydrated or very dehydrated try eating something take some Tylenol and drink a ton of water it'll go away more than likely
