Baby fever

I’m having really bad baby fever back in may I was pregnant for the first time and it wasn’t planned but once a couple of weeks passed I was so excited but then in August I had a miscarriage but I had to get a D&C; and for the first 2 months I was grieving so bad every time I would see a baby I would start crying and now my coworker is pregnant and I’m not really grieving any more I want a baby but my fiancé keeps saying when we are ready and at this point I don’t when that will be :/ I want try so bad
