Sick baby...

My 8 month old got sick yesterday and had 102 fever, sleeping all day long, and congested. We went to the doctor and she tested her for flu, rsv, and strep. It was all negative . Today she still has a high fever even with Motrin and has literally been sleeping all day long. She looks terrible. What can I do? :/ She barely wants to eat or nurse either.
