Missed period + yeast infection

I’ve been off a depo for about 9 months I had a shot due in March and never went back due to personal reasons. But my LMP was dec 4 and my periods have return back to regular state and I now have a yeast infection and my period was supposed to come on Jan 1 and now 2 days late with tender breast and had light cramping last week for about 2 days. I also took a pregnancy test yesterday around 6pm(cvs digital) and it came back negative. Is it possible that I am pregnant still and the levels haven’t raised enough to be detected ? Any answers would help thank you !
