First ultrasound ❤️ Any Ramzi theories?

Hello everyone! My hubby and I had a scare Christmas Day when I started cramping and bleeding heavily. They told me that I had 2 hemorrhages in the placenta and that my cervix was open so they couldn’t assure me that I wouldn’t have a miscarriage. I’ve been reading about the Ramzi theory but not sure how it works. These are both transvaginal ultrasounds.

The baby’s HR was at 157 and strong they said.

These are from today 8wks 6 days hemorrhaging stopped and cervix closed.
