Breaking out on chest and boobs?!

Its like little bumps and some actually look like acne I wash there everyday but i am an athlete. I just started breaking out after I got my new body wash. Its the dove brand. Can som tell me what it could be and how to get rid of it?

I have had this for years and nothing I have done has helped, it’s not really that important and I wouldn’t bother getting self conscious about it because no one will notice until you point them out x

If it started when you changed to Dove, that's probably the cause. I always wonder why my chest is breaking out and then I spray perfume on my cleavage and realize 'oh, that's why' lol
