Weight Loss and Gain

I'm still extremely self conscious about myself but I have made a lot of progress. When I first started my weight loss journey in January 2017, I was 184 lbs at my heaviest. Slowly but surely, I lost approximately 50 lbs in 9 months (184 -> 137) following a strict Ketogenic/low carb diet, along with Javita control to help with how much I was eating, even though I was doing portion control already. Before I shipped out for basic training for the Air Force, my recruiter weighed me in at 137 lbs. 3 days later, boot camp weighed me in at 141 lbs. Fast forward almost 3 months since I was medically discharged from the Air Force, and my doctor weighed me in at 152 lbs, even though I checked my scale that morning and it said 145 lbs. I don't know my correct weight anymore but I still easily fit into misses size 4 jeans and size small tops. The plan is to try to start going back to the gym this year once my excruciating back pain is under control. For now, I will be following a strict Paleo/Vegan diet and re adding Javita Control to help with my weight loss. My goal weight is 125-130 lbs (I'm 5'3"). (pink top is at my heaviest), (bottom photo is our holiday photos a month after I was discharged from the Air Force). Yes, my upper arm muscles are that big from riding horses for 20 years.
