Frequent Yeast Infections

Ever since I was a child I’ve had an issue with getting frequent yeast infections. I know the vagina is a delicate flower, but I feel mine is more than most. The worst part is the infections show a mix of symptoms between bv, like fishy smell. Every time I get tested though it just shows yeast. I’ve learned every tip and trick in the book. They’re less frequent compared to when I was younger but I still get 8-10 infections a year. Now that I have a new boyfriend I feel so ashamed. I don’t want him to think it’s because I’m dirty and gross. I’m very clean. Just cursed with this issue...
