Does anyone else randomly wake between 3-5 am every night?
I wake up every single night, usually at 3am, sometimes as late as 5am. For no apparent reason. I look over at my boyfriend who is sound asleep. Nothing out of the ordinary. Just wondering - does anyone know why this happens to me every single night?
