Dumb question??

So I’m now 5 days late on my period. I had been tracking it on this app and it always been pretty spot on, occasionally a day off or whatever. Can your period move around when you are having sex while ovulating?

My SO and I haven’t really been “trying” to get pregnant however we pulled the goalie and just letting whatever happen, happen leaving it up to God.

I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative. I’m just curious to what steps I should take next....
