ovulating pain

i started cramping yesterday. today i am scheduled to ovulate. its always cramps but never like this. today i cannot stand up straight. i am having stabbing pains in my left side. a couple times this morning i almost blacked out.

i am a CNA on a floor with a lot of total depends residents. . after the last episode i called my obgyn and they said to go to er...i really didnt want to so i took 750mg of tylonal. after 2 hours that wore off and pain was back. well then work sent me home...well to go to the er..so here i sit with a stabbing pain in my lower abdomen at the er.... has anyone else experienced this...i fell like i am going to get back here and they just shrug me off
