am I freaking myself out?

so I had an ultrasound yesterday just to look for any endometriosis before we schedule a laporoscpy. after the ultrasound tech left the room and I was done cleaning up I took a peak at the pictures since they were still on the screen. I wasn't really expecting to see anything but when I looked at this picture of my uterus there was something in it.. I unfortunately didn't think to take a picture of it with my phone but I found a similar image online (photo below) are there any ultrasound techs on here that could tell me if it's possible it could be anything else?

I mean it looked pretty much exactly like this picture and if I am pregnant I would be roughly 6 weeks. I am currently waiting on the doctor to call with my results. UPDATE: Doctor finally called. She said everything looks normal which really sucks. I let myself get too excited and now I'm so bummed. Last month was our last month of ttc for a really long time and before anyone says it'll happen when we aren't trying it won't because I have to go on birth control now, maybe it will happen one day but not any time soon...
