Im pregnant! Could it be twins?

So my husband and I have trying to get pregnant for 4years now-it's has been very difficult with my PCOS but I was two days late and took a pregnancy test and I go a very clear positive result. We are so over join and thank god for answering our prayers

So my I have been hearing that it is very surprising how dark/clear my test was for only be two days late possibly 3weeks pregnant...we have been told that because it came out so clear that we might be looking at more then one baby...OMG!! I can't wait for my first doctors appointment to find out
