Eyeliner tips please
I like doin winged eyeliner but all I can do is the wing part and I can't reach the part on my actual eyelid cause my eyelashes curl up & back toward my eyelid & get in the way. So I usually just let mascara give the illusion that the eyeliner continues but it's still annoying. Also I can never get the eyeliner as solid & defined as I'd like. Please help me learn.
