How many ounces do you get?
Hello!
My baby is almost a month old and I have been exclusively pumping since week 2.
On average I get about 4 ounces total during a 20 minute pumping session.
I’m wondering what’s average at this point. I feel like it’s not a lot. Sometimes I do get more, about 5-6 ounces but not often.
I eat the lactation bars and drink the tea and try to drink lots of water.
