Clam chowder while pumping?
I got some clam chowder and I was wondering if it is safe to eat it if I am pumping? My baby is less than two weeks old. I am terrified of accidentally passing something to him through breast milk that he is allergic to. My family has no history of food allergies but I'm still scared.
