Hey ladies! This is super weird, but I am prone to cold sores, the last few years I haven’t gotten them much because I take lysine. I have tried 2 different kinds of prenatals and with both I started to get a cold sore. I was able to knock them out with lysine, but I’d like to avoid whatever is in them that might be causing it. Has anyone experienced this before?
